COST OF PROGRAM

Program price of $3,499 includes the following:

·   Round-trip Los Angeles-Prague and Venice-Los Angeles

·   Twin-bedded accommodation for the duration of the program

·   Daily breakfast / Welcome dinner/a Luncheon/Farewell dinner

·   21-day pass on all public conveyances in Prague

·   One day excursion to Kutna Hora

·   7-day excursion to Ceský Krumlov, Salzburg and Venice

·   Entrance fees to monuments, museums etc

·   ISIC card with basic medical insurance for emergencies

·   Pre-departure and arrival group orientation meetings

NOT INCLUDED are departure taxes/fees in connection with the air fare (currently $150.00 but subject to change), GCC tuition, books, & fees, and anything not listed above.

Single room supplement : $500.00 (valid for the duration of the program)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1st payment  of $500                        due at time of registration

2nd payment of $1000                      due March 15, 2006

Single room supplement                   due March  15, 2006

Remaining balance                              due May 1, 2006

·   All checks are payable to N/ISP.

·   First payment should be given to the Study Abroad Office at Glendale

     Community College along with a completed application.

·   N/ISP will be responsible for collecting the balance.

·   VISA and MASTERCARD payments are accepted but are not eligible for this

     discount cash price.  Credit card payments are subject to a 4% service fee.

·   There is a $35 fee for bounced checks.

·   There will be a $25 per person service fee for any final payment received

     after the due date.

CANCELLATIONS

·   All cancellations by students must be submitted in writing to N/ISP

·   The cancellation date is the date on which N/ISP receives the written

     notification of the intent to cancel at its place of business.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

Until March 3, 2006                                    $350

From March 4 to April 10, 2006                 $1,260

From April 11 to May 15, 2006                   $2,000

May 16 or later                                             no refund

In case of cancellation by Glendale Community College or N/ISP, students will receive a  refund of all money they have paid.
